大型高压低温绕管换热器不锈钢外壳及紫铜芯体的焊接 被引量:2

Welding between Shell and Core Bar of Large-scale Heat Exchanger at High Pressure and Low Temperature

摘要 分析了大型、高压、低温绕管换热器的结构特点 ,找出了焊接的三大难点 :即奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头的低温韧性如何保障 ;大型紫铜绕管芯体的现场对接 ;不锈钢管板与紫铜管异种金属的焊接。针对难点进行了一系列的试验研究。完成 12项焊接工艺评定 ,并用于生产 ,完成了出口美国产品的制造。 Design feature of large-scale heat exchanger at high pressure and low temperature was analysised in this paper.To protect the toughness of low temperature about welding joint,field docking of large sized core bar made of red copper,welding between stainless tube plate and red copper pipe were the difficult of welding.A series of test,-196℃ impact test of stainless welding joint,-196℃ fatigue test of red copper pipe welding joint,expansion joint between stainless plate and red copper pipe,silver brazing,high pressure and low temperature property test of argon-arc welding joint were taken on to solve the problem.Qualification of welding procedure was finished.
