摘要
研究了高韧性-50℃低温压力容器用WHD3(15MnNiNbDR)钢的焊接性能,包括最高硬度、斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹、手工焊及埋弧焊焊接接头的力学性能等。结果表明,WHD3钢具有较低的焊接冷裂纹敏感性,焊接性能优良。
Weldability of low temperature pressure vessel steel plate WHD3(15MnNiNbDR) with high toughness at - 50℃ has been evaluated by the maximum hardness and Y - groove test methods. The mechanical properties of welded joints with shielded metal arc welding and submerged arc welding have been also investigated. Results show that WHD3 steel plate has low cold cracking sensitivity and excellent low temperature toughness, it is adapt to - 50 ℃ low temperature pressure vessels.
