摘要
高等学校图书馆学术研究工作是学校教学和科学研究工作的重要组成部分。在学术研究活动中,高校图书馆具有自身的优势和特点,但同时也面临一些困难和劣势。论述了高校图书馆开展学术研究工作的优势,分析了目前学术研究工作中存在的问题和劣势。从实际出发,提出了强化科研意识、提高重视程度、建立激励机制、加大经费投入、培养骨干队伍等切实可行的措施与对策。
The academic research work of university library is an important constituent of university teaching and research .In the academic research activity, the university library has its own superiority and characteristics, but it also faces some difficulties and inferiority.Both advantages and problems in development of academic research of university library are discussed in the paper.Some practical measures and countermeasures are proposed inculding strengthing scientific research consciousness, attaching more importance, establishing drive mechanism,increasing investment and cultivating key members of staft.
