摘要
利用SWOT分析方法,分析了高校图书馆科研工作的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,得出高校图书馆科研工作的战略选择:增强图书馆科研意识,提高馆员素质,培养科研带头人,组建科研团队,积极调动各方面的积极因素等。
By using the method of SWOT analysis,this paper makes analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the scientific work of university libraries,and finds out the strategic options： strengthening the scientific consciousness of the librarians,raising the quality of the librarians,training bellwethers,forming scientific research teams and actively firing the masses with enthusiasm for scientific researchers.
