摘要
针对CPS快速成型零件成型难及成型精度不高的现象,分析了影响零件成型及成型精度的主要因素。并通过CPS紫外光快速成型机成型实验研究,得出调整工作台的阻尼系数,对工作台进行动平衡,以及在成型零件的轮廓数据中增加适当的光斑补偿,可以提高系统精度。
The main factors which influence parts forming and processing accuracy are studied in the light of the condition of the forming difficulty and low accuracy of speedy forming parts.Experiments with the Compact Prototyping System show that the acuracy can be improved by balancing the worktable, adjusting system damp and adding appropriate light- spot compensation.
