摘要
本文就输送带扣的断裂问题 ,从材料加工、零件成型、显微组织、断口形貌以及输送带扣的受力情况进行了分析 ,认为零件选材不当以及加工工艺设计不当是输送带扣断裂的主要原因。
The fracture problem of conveyer belt button is analysed from the points of material processing,elements forming,microstructure,the fracture appearance and the situation of loading of conveyer belt button.The main reason for the breaking of conveyer belt button is thought to be improper element material and processing technology.
