摘要
目的 :检测 p2 7kip1 、ki- 6 7在星形胶质瘤中的表达 ,探讨 p2 7kip1 表达与星形胶质瘤分化程度及增生活性的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化 S- P法检测星形胶质瘤 p2 7kip1 、ki- 6 7的表达 ,应用SAS8.0统计软件进行数据处理。结果 :在高分化星形胶质瘤 ( 级、 级 )中 p2 7kip1 阳性表达率为76 .9% ,在低分化星形胶质瘤 ( 级、 级 )中阳性率为 5 0 .0 % ,二者存在显著性差异 (χ2 =4 .389,P<0 .0 5 ) ;p2 7kip1 表达水平与病理分级呈负相关关系 (rs=- 0 .4 87,P<0 .0 0 0 1) ;p2 7kip1 表达水平与 ki- 6 7标记指数呈负相关关系 (rs=- 0 .5 2 8,P<0 .0 0 0 1)。结论 :p2 7kip1表达与星形胶质瘤的分化程度负相关。 p2 7kip1 对星形胶质瘤增生活性起抑制作用。
Objective:To examine the expression of p27 kip1 and ki-67 in astrocytoma and to investigate the relationship of p27 kip1 with differentiation degree and to provide some theoretical basis for genetic therapy of astrocytoma. Methods:Expressions of p27 kip1 and ki-67 was determined by immuohistochemistry S-P technique.Datas were processed by SAS version 8.0.Results:The p27 kip1 positive rate was 76.9 % in benign astrocytoma(grade Ⅰ,grade Ⅱ)and 50.0 % in malignant astrocytoma(gradeⅢ,gradeⅣ).There was a statistical significance between them(χ 2=4.389, P <0.05).p27 kip1 expression level showed negative correlations with histopathological grading( r _s=0.487, P <0.000 1) and ki-67 LI(labeling Index)( r _s=0.528, P <0.000 1).Conclusion:The expression of p27 kip1 showed negative correlations with differentiation degree in astrocytoma;p27 kip1 play inhibited effect on proliferative activity in astrocytoma.
