摘要
严重糖尿病者常伴有血中甲状腺素的改变,出现低T综_3合征。并有垂体甲状腺轴的抑制。本文应用TRH兴奋试验对12例原发性糖尿病Ⅰ型的观察作了讨论。
We observed 12 cases of insulindependant diabetes mellitus with an age average of 31.5 years. Their average fasting blood glucose was 25.76mmol/L and urinary glucose was from ++to++++ (including 8 cares with urinoketosis and CO_2CP 10.2-16.6mmol/L)The average C-pe(?)tide was 0.31μg/L (The normal is 0.8～4.0μg/L). We also observed 25 cases of non-insulin-dependent dia(?)s mollitus with an age average of 50.2 years. Their averag fasting blood glucose was 14mmol/ L. The result showed that uncontroled type I presents pituitary-thyroid axis suppressin which is a self-protecting mechanism.
