SLE和皮肌炎患者下丘-垂体-甲状腺轴的研究 被引量:5

摘要 应用促甲状腺激素释放激素(TRH)兴奋试验探讨 3 4例SLE活动期患者、13例SLE静止期和 8例皮肌炎患者下丘 垂体 甲状腺轴活动。结果显示 ,SLE活动期血清促甲状腺激素 (TSH )和催乳素 (PRL)水平在 0、15、3 0、60分钟和12 0分钟与正常对照组及SLE静止期比较显著升高 ,而静止期各时点血清TSH水平与正常对照组相比较无显著性差异 ;皮肌炎在 0、15、3 0、60分钟及 12 0分钟与正常对照组比较有显著性差异 ,而皮肌炎各时点血清TSH水平与SLE活动期和静止期比较均无显著性差异。提示SLE活动期患者和皮肌炎患者对TRH反应明显增强。 To study the hypothalamic pituitary thyroidal axis function in 34 patients with active SLE, 13 patients with inactive SLE,8 patients with dermatomyositis(DM),and the results were compared with 10 gender age paired control subjects The basal serum prolactin(PRL) level (0 min) and at 15 min, at 30 min, at 60 min, at 120 min, after TRH injection in active SLE were significantly higher than those of inactive SLE and control subjects The basal serum thyrotropin(TSH) level (0min ) and at 15 min, at 30 min,at 60 min, at 120 min after TRH injection in DM were significantly different from control subjects,, but not significantly different from inactive and active patients of SLE It indicated that the TSH and PRL in active SLE and DM responded increasingly to TRH
