摘要
采用大鼠离体作功心脏灌流模型,应用放射免疫与免疫组织化学方法,观察心得安(10^(-6)mol/L)与酚妥拉明(10^(-6)molL)分別对等摩尔肾上腺素促进心钠素释放及对心脏作功的影响。结果提示:肾上腺素促进大鼠心钠素释放是通过a-受体介导,且与肾上腺素的正性变时变力作用无相关关系。研究中,心肌细胞内心钠素颗粒的定量借鉴了细胞立体学方法。
Using the isolated perfused working rat heart, we observed the secretion of ANP through radioimmunoassay and immunocytochemical analysis, and cardiac function through physiograph,with perfusing EPI (10^(-B)mol/L), EPI + PROP (10^(-(?))mol/L) and EPI + PHE (10^(-6)mol/L)respectively. The results indicated:(1) EPI(10^(-6)mo1/L) stimulates ANP secretion by α-adrenergic mechanism, (2) the secretion of ANP doesn't relate to cardiac function.
