摘要
目的 探讨无环鸟苷、环胞苷和干扰素联合治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床应用。方法 76例 86眼患者 ,给予无环鸟苷、环胞苷和干扰素三联法联合治疗 ,每小时 1次 ,交替滴眼。结果 治愈 6 8眼 ,治愈率79 0 7% ,好转 10眼 ,好转率 11 6 3% ,总有效率 90 70 %。结论 无环鸟苷、环胞苷和干扰素联合治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎有协同作用 ,可减少复发率 。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Combination therapy of acyclovir (ACV),cyclocylidine and interferon for herpes simplex keraititis (HSK). Methods ACV,cyclocylidine and interferon were used in the treatment of 76 cases 86 eyes with HSK.One time per 1 hour,drop eyes by turns. Results 68 eyes were cured,and cure rate was 79.07%.10 eyes were mended,and mend rate was 11.63%.Total effective rate was 90.70%. Conclusion Combination therapy of ACV,cycolcylidine and interferon for HSK has cooperative effects,which can reduce recrudescence rate and increase cure rate.
