摘要
病毒性结膜炎是由病毒引起的结膜炎性病变，是眼科常见病和多发病，特别在青少年中有较强的传染性，易在学校、社区等人口密集处引起流行，目前主要用西药抗病毒治疗。湖北省襄阳市襄州区卫生职业技术学校附属平安医院眼科使用利巴韦林联合中药一清胶囊治疗病毒性结膜炎56例．总有效率分别为64．3％（2天）、768％（4天）、875％（6天），与单独口服利巴韦林相比有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。
Viral Conjunctivitis is a common eye disease infected by virus which can result in a severe infection to population such as compus or community. In our study, 56 patients with viral conjunctivitis were treated by using ribavirin tablets combined with Yiqing capsules and the effective rates were 64.3%（2d）,76.8%（4d） and 87.5% （6d）, respectively. There was a significant difference between the combined group and only ribavirin tablets group （ P〈 0.05）.
