摘要
高速机车车辆的二系弹簧悬挂需要更大的静挠度,对弹簧稳定性的要求显得尤为迫切。本文提出了一种高圆簧(加橡胶垫)稳定性的计算方法,并由实验验证。应用这种计算方法可以在设计时预测它的临界载荷,从而使研制的高圆簧安全可靠。
Since high speed locomotives and cars require a larger deflection of the secondary suspension, more consideration should be given to the stability of springs. In this paper, a calculation method for the stability of flexicoil springs (with rubber pads) is advanced and experimentally testified. This method can be used in the design of the spring to predict its critical load, thus helping ensure the safty and reliability of the operation of springs.
