通过对国际标准信息检索协议Z39.50功能的探讨以及国内外较广泛使用的Z39.50客户端功能的比较,分析了各自特点及利弊,对于图书馆专业人员应用Z39.50客户端进行书目共享、目录检索提供借鉴以及对Z39.50客户端软件功能完善提出了建设性意见。
The comparison of four kinds of Z39. 50 Clients offer libraries a way for how to use Z39. 50 Client effectively, and shows some aspects in developing and maintaining Z39. 50 Client software more completely and functionally.
