摘要
针对金属板料的成形特点,论述了板材成形的有限元仿真技术及其研究进展,并应用非线性有限元分析软件ANSYS对薄板的成形进行了仿真计算,验证了非线性有限元方法在板料成形分析过程中应用的可行性及有效性。
This paper illustrated the key technology and recent progresses of finite element analysis in sheet metal forming,meanwhile the finite element analysis calculation to the stamping process of sheet metal is carried out by software ANSYS.On the basis,the feasibility and effect of the key technology of finite element analysis are verified.
