本文介绍了一种由80C51单片机为控制核心的点焊恒流同步控制器,该同步控制器能对点焊机的预压、预热、焊接、保持、休止这五个程序段的工作时间及工作电流进行调节和同步控制,以满足焊接工艺,提高焊接质量.
This article introduces a synchronous controller of the spot-welding machine based on single-chip-microcomputer. This machine can adjust and control the work time and work current synchronously in five steps: advanced-pressing, advanced-heating,welding,preserving and stopping.
