摘要
本文介绍了一种以TP801A微机为控制核心的大功率晶体管(GTR)逆变式电阻焊电源,主电路采用GTR桥式逆变电路,在焊机次级回路中,获得频率为120~260Hz的焊接电流,以适应罐头高速缝焊的需要。
A giant transistor-inverter power source controlled by a micro-computerTP801A,which can be used as the power source for resistance seam welding of CAN,is described in this paper.A bridge type inverter circuit has been applied as the maincircuit of the power source,The welding current of medium frequency(120~260Hz)is output from the sccondary circuits of the power source to offer the high speed seamwelding of CAN.
