人类肝脂肪酶的研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 肝脂肪酶是由肝实质细胞合成的一种具有磷脂肪酶A1和甘油三酯水解酶活性 ,对血浆脂质转运有重要作用的胞外蛋白 ,主要参与高密度脂蛋白的重构和乳糜微粒残骸、低密度脂蛋白的代谢以及胆固醇的逆向转运。肝脂肪酶活力异常与动脉粥样硬化及糖尿病有较高的相关性。肝脂肪酶活力受激素及载脂蛋白的影响 ,肝脂肪酶基因启动子的多态性及肝脂肪酶基因错义也影响酶的活力。
