摘要
〔目的〕建立快速检测肠炎沙门菌的检测方法。〔方法〕以属特异性引物ST11、ST15和肠炎沙门菌的特异性引物Sef1167、Sef478构建二重PCR反应体系 ,对样本进行沙门菌属的鉴定同时对肠炎沙门菌进行检测。〔结果〕实验证明本方法可以准确的对沙门菌属进行鉴定 ,同时也能比较准确的对肠炎沙门菌进行鉴定。〔结论〕为沙门菌食物中毒的鉴定提供更加快捷的检测方法。
Objective To establish a method for rapid detection of Salmonella enteritidis.〔Methods〕The species-specific primers sT11 and ST15 and Saimonella enterftidis-speclfic Primers Sef1167 and Sef478 were used to construct the double PCR reaction, system to identify the salmonella and detect Salmonelia enterltldls.〔Results〕 Using this method,salmonella could be ciearly identified and Salmonella enteritidis be accurately detected.〔Conclusions〕 This method can be used to rapidly detect saimonelia upon food poisoning
