摘要
随着国内市场和进出口贸易对食品安全的重视,食品的微生物检测技术也面临着更大的压力.传统检测方法非常繁琐,需要耗费大量的人力物力,而且检测周期长、灵敏度相对较低,难以满足目前国内外对食品安全检测的要求.这就需要将一些先进的快速方法引进到食品微生物的检测中来,由原来的培养水平向分子水平迈进,并向仪器化、自动化、标准化方向发展.
With more attention of domestic market to food safety, the food microbe detection technology is also facing increasing pressure. Since the traditional examination methods are extremely tedious, consume massive manpower and physical resource, so difficult to satisfy with the domestic and foreign food safe examination request. In order to provide references for the food microbe detection, some methods of microbe quick detection in common use were showed in this article. And the advantages and disadvantages of them were analyzed by the actual data.
