样品前处理是兽药残留分析中的关键步骤 ,本文综述了一些新技术如固相萃取 (SPE)、基质固相分散MSPD)、超临界流体萃取 (SFE)、免疫亲和色谱 (IAC)等在兽药残留分析中样品处理的应用实例 ,共引用文献 3 7篇。
Sample treatment is the key process of drug residue analysis. Some newly developed techniques such as Solid Phase Extraction(SPE), Matrix Solid-phase Dispersion(MSPD),Supercritical Fluid Extraction(SFE) and Immunoaffinity Chromatography(IAC) were overviewed for their application in the sample treatment of drug residue analysis based on 37 references.
