摘要
环境内分泌干扰物对人类、家畜、野生动物的健康和繁衍的不良影响愈来愈受到重视,但其毒理学机制尚未阐明。该文对近年来环境内分泌干扰物毒理学研究进行综述,包括致癌、损伤生殖功能、导致神经系统和免疫系统异常等毒性作用,并对其与受体直接结合、与天然激素竞争血浆激素结合蛋白、影响激素的受体后效应、直接调节细胞信号途径产生应答、抑制微管聚合等生物学机制进行了初步的阐述。
More and more attention was paid to the adverse effects of environmental endocrine disruptors on human and animals. But the biologic mechanism is currently not well known. This paper summarized the toxicology studies of adverse effects on carcinogenisis, reproductive system,neural system and immune system and described the potential mechanism, such as combining to the specific receptors,competing serum hormone binding protein with natural hormone,altered post-receptor activation,regulation of cell signal transduction pathway and inhibition of microtube cumulation.
