摘要
知情同意权的行使以医务人员履行“告知”义务为前提。医患双方是通过信息沟通来实现自己的权利与义务的。文章把行为科学中信息沟通的基本原理运用于医患之间 ,分析了发生沟通障碍的原因 ,并提出了相应的建议 ,认为要避免沟通信息过量 ,必须尽快制定出适应国情的《医生告知标准》 。
Exercise of informed consent depends on performance of notification by medical personnel. Health care providers and receivers could only realize their own right and duty by communication of information. The author of this paper applied the basic principles of information communication in behavioral science to the contradictions between health care providers and receivers, analyzing the causes for misunderstanding in communication. It was proposed that excessive information should be avoided in practice and it was urgent to draw up “Criteria for notification to patients by medical doctors” in order to reduce obstacles of communication.
