摘要
由于社会文化的原因 ,知情同意原则在我国并未得到充分的认同 ,但对知情同意原则未实施的原因应具体分析 ,对癌症病人的心理能力的考虑 ,病人知情同意权利意识的缺乏 ,医务人员对病人知情权利的漠视 ,缺乏知情同意实施的社会文化土壤是知情同意原则在我国实行的主要阻力。
Owing to reasons of social culture,the principle of notified agreement do not be fully recognized.The obstructions of implemented the prinicple are some reasons such as consideration of the cancer patients'endurable ability,lack of right consciousness for patients,ignorance of medical personnel to ptients'right and lack of social culture soil implemented.
