摘要
目的 :通过对《中国中医基础医学杂志》所刊藏象及肾文献的统计及分析了解藏象学说的研究现状。方法 :采用文献计量学方法 ,对该刊 1995～ 2 0 0 2年所载总文献量、藏象及肾文献量进行统计 ,并对藏象及肾文献的内容进行分析。结果 :该刊所载藏象文献量虽逐年增多 ,但占总文献量的比例却呈下降趋势 ,其内容以专论文献为主 ,五脏占有主导地位 ,尤以脾、肾、肝的研究为多 ,注重藏象实质的基础研究、动物模型及综述文稿占一定比例。结论 :该刊作为中医基础学科的主要理论期刊 ,创刊 8年来为藏象学说的研究提供了一个重要园地 ,显示出这一时期藏象学说的研究由泛论向专论深化、由理论向实验倾斜的总体趋势。
Objective:To understand the present research status of viscera-state theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) through statistics and analysis on literatures of viscera-state and kidney in the China Journal of Basic Medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:Using the method of bibliometrics,the quantites of total papers,those on TCM viscera-state and on the kidney between the year 1995 and 2002 of this journal was calculated,and the literature contents of viscera-state and kidney in the TCM theory were analyzed.Results:In spite of the quantity of literatures on the viscera-state was increased year by year,but the ratio of it on the total quantity of literatures was decreased.The contents of these essays were largely on some specific aspects.In the research of viscera-state,Five Viscera took the first place,especially the study on spleen,kidney and liver.Among these papers,there was a large proportion on the basic study of the essence of viscera-state,animal models and reviews.Conclusion:China Journal of Basic Medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine has taken the most important place on the study of the TCM theory of viscera-state since its foundation eight years ago as the major journal on the fundamental study of TCM.This phenomenon demonstrated that the study on the theory of viscera-state has taken great steps from the extensive study to the intensive study and from the theory to experimental study.
