摘要
目的 探讨高压氧 (HBO )对大鼠脑缺血后脑组织内皮素 (ET- 1)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量的影响。方法 采用双侧颈总动脉结扎法制作脑缺血动物模型 ,经 HBO暴露后 ,用放射免疫法测定大鼠脑组织 ET- 1及 CGRP的含量。结果 脑缺血组大鼠脑组织 ET- 1的含量升高 ,而 CGRP的含量降低 ;经 HBO暴露后 ,抑制了缺血大鼠脑组织 ET- 1含量的升高及 CGRP含量的降低。结论 HBO对脑缺血大鼠脑组织 ET- 1及 CGRP的含量有影响。
Objective To study changes of endothelin and calcitonin gene-related peptide content in the brain tissue of ischemic rats after cerebral ischemia and hyperbaric oxygenation.Methods Cerebral ischemia model is made by ligating bilateral common carotid arteries of the rat. Changes of endothelin and calcitonin gene-related peptide content in the brain tissue were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results After ischemia,the endothelin content of the ischemia group was distinctively increased,compared with the control group;the calcitonin gene-related peptide content of the ischemia group was distinctively reduced,compared with the control group.After hyperbaric oxygenation therapy,these changes of endothelin and calcitonin gene-related peptide content were suppressed.Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygenation therapy has distinctive inflenuce on levels of endothelin and calcitonin gene-related peptide in the brain tissue of ischemic rats.
