摘要
介绍了西方国家对土地使用和交通系统一体化研究的沿革。给出了 5类土地使用和交通一体化的方法和模型 :基于劳瑞理论模型的方法 ,基于数学规划的方法 ,基于投入产出理论的方法 ,基于城市经济学理论的方法 ,基于微观模拟的方法。
Tracing back to the integrated studies on land use and transportation in western countries, this paper discusses 5 representative models and the evolution of the integration technology with its commentary and foresight views: Lowry model and the related development; Normative planning based on mathematical programming development; Multi-sector spatial model within the input-output framework; the model of urban economics contribution and the model of micro-analytic simulation.
