摘要
结合国内外有关案例 ,从城市土地的利用强度、利用类型以及沿线地区活力等三个角度 ,重点剖析了城市轨道交通对土地利用的影响 。
Based on the case studies of land use around UMT stations both at home and abroad, this paper analyses the impacts of UMT development on urban land use from three different angles: the intensity of land use, the pattern of land use and the vitality of economic development around the stations and along the transit lines. The authors argue that some regular patterns of UMT influential over the land along the transit lines shall be further studied.
