摘要
目的 :了解PPH技术在痔手术后容易出现的并发症 ,并提出处理办法。方法 :应用PPH技术对具有适应证的 2 3例痔施行手术治疗 ,观察术后一周及术后随访 3个月至 1年不等。结果 :手术 2 4h内原发性大出血 2例 ,一周内肛缘部水肿 1 8例 ,吻合口狭窄 1例伴出血 ,肛旁脓肿 1例。结论 :PPH技术对痔脱出及严重的痔出血均有明确的效果 ,但手术后出现的并发症需要适当的处理 。
Objective:To study the symptoms and signs after PPH and to come up with the following managements.Methods:PPH was used to treat selected hemorrhoid.We observe the symptoms and signs after operation from one week to one year.231 cases were studied,of whom 136 cases were male,the others were female.Results:Two cases complicated with operative bleeding,18 cases had anale dege edema,one case with narrow anastomosis and bleeding,and one case with anal abscess.Many had frequent stools and anal distend feeling.But the symtoms last only 3 to 5 months.No one case had recurred in one year.Conclusion:PPH was effective for hemorrhoid out and heavy bleeding.But we must properly deal with the symptoms and signs after the operation.
