摘要
目的 探讨吻合器痔环状切除 (PPH)的适应证、方法和疗效。 方法 经肛门镜下采用 33mm吻合器切除重度内痔患者 6 0例 ,分析经PPH治疗的临床资料。 结果 平均手术时间 9分钟 ,术后平均住院 2 5天 ,8例 (13 3% )术后第 1～ 7天有便血 ,经保守治疗后好转。 2 4例术后当天无肛门疼痛。随访 1～ 7月效果良好。 结论 PPH治疗重度痔是一种新技术 ,具有安全、有效、手术时间短、住院时间少、恢复快等优点。
Ojective To evalute the efficacy of the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH) in the treatment of patients with severe hemorrhoids (grade Ⅲ～Ⅳ°) Methods 60 cases of hemorrhoids at the third or fourth degree were operated on by PPH. Results The mean operation time was 9 minutes and mean hospitalization time was 2.5 days. Postoperative bleeding was noted in 8 cases (13.3%) at the 1 st and 7 th day after operation, which was cured by conservative methods. 24 patients had no annal spasm following the procedure. Follow-up period lasting for 1-7 months showed no complications Conclusions PPH is a safe and effective treatment for hemorrhoids at the third or fourth degree with the advantages of shorter hsopitaliztion time and quicker recovery.
