摘要
目的 探讨超声在胆管癌诊断中的价值。方法 对经病理、手术确诊的 3 2例胆管癌超声声像图进行回顾性分析。结果 3 2例胆管癌超声影像特征为 :梗阻部位以上胆管不同程度扩张 10 0 % ( 3 2 /3 2 ) ,胆管肿块影像 90 .6% ( 2 9/3 2 ) ,诊断符合率 90 .6%。结论 超声对于胆管癌的定位、定性诊断及分型有重要临床价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of detecting carcinoma of bile duct with ultrasonography. Methods Ultrasonographic appearances of biliary duct carcinoma confirmed by surgical pathology in thirty two patients were reviewed and analyzed. Results The bile duct dilatation at the segment proximal to obstructive level was demonstrated by ultrasonography in all patients (32/32). 29 cases (29/32, 90.6%) of the tumors in the bile ducts were detected. Conclusion Ultrasonography is very helpful to provide important information on location, ultrasound appearance correlated to various pathology, and classification of biliary ducts carcinoma.
