摘要
目的 了解儿童非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)肾脏浸润的发生率 ,提高对NHL肾脏浸润各种B超表现的认识。方法 复习经活检病理证实的 70例儿童NHL的临床资料 ,选出其中 17例肾脏浸润的B超表现 ,分析其化疗前后的变化。结果 双侧多发性结节样浸润 5例 ,单侧单发性结节样浸润 3例 ,双侧肾弥漫性浸润 6例 ,单侧肾弥漫性浸润 3例。结论 NHL肾脏浸润的发生率较高 ,B超对NHL肾脏浸润正确及时的显示有助于NHL的临床分期及疗效观察 ,故对NHL患儿应常规行腹部B超检查。
Objective To find out the occurrence rate of renal involvement in children with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and to improve the recognition of various B-mode ultrasound findings in NHL renal involvement. Methods Clinical data in 70 cases of pathologically confirmed children NHL were reviewed, from which ultrasound findings in 17 cases of renal involvement were selected to analyze the changes,both pre and post- chemotherapy. Results The renal involvement of NHL included: multiple masses in bilateral renes in 5 cases, single mass in unilateral ren in 3 cases, diffuse involvement in bilateral renes in 6 and diffuse involvement in unilateral ren in 3. Conclusion The occurrence rate of the NHL renal involvement is relatively high, the clear appearance of the ultrasound findings in NHL renal involvement can help differentiate the clinical stage of the disease and assess the therapeutic effects, so it is essential to undertake the routine abdomen ultrasound examination in NHL children.
