ENERGY-DISPERSION-XFPS DETERMINATION OF Al Ca Fe AND Si IN INDUSTRIAL GRADE SILICON

摘要 研究了能量色散 X荧光法测定工业硅的方法 ,提出以硼酸作外壳 ,粉末直接压片测定 ,应用于实际测定 ,速度快、准确度高 ,与国家标准方法比较 。 Energy dispersion XFPS method was applied to the simultaneous determination of aluminum calcium iron and silicon in industrial grade silicon. The optimum working conditions of the instrument and the parameters of analysis were studied in detail. The sample was crushed and pulverized with agate mortar to pass through 180 # sieve (bore diameter 0.088mm), and then pressed into a thin piece with boric acid as fixing agent in a mould (  24mm) using a press machine. Results of a comparative study on the precision and accuracy of the present method with that of the standard method GB/T 14849-1993, showed no significant differences.
