摘要
用悬浮液技术处理中成药丸样品 ,将样品烘干、粉碎、过筛、悬浮于琼脂溶液中制成悬浮液。以Sr2 + 溶液作为钙、镁的释放剂 ,以吸收法测定镁、锌 ,以发射法测定钙。对样品悬浮液的稳定时间、干扰、试液与空白溶液粘度的一致性及线性范围进行了考察。测定结果的相对标准偏差小于 1.7% ,加标回收率为 96 .6 %~ 10 2 .6 %。
The suspension sampling technique was applied to the flame atomic spectrometric determination of Ca, Mg and Zn in Chinese drug pills. The drug pills were dried, crushed and screened. An appropriate portion of the powdered sample passing through the 160 mesh sieve was taken and made into a homogeneous suspension in an agar solution. The sample in suspension was injected directly into the flame. Mg 2+ and Zn 2+ were determined by FAAS and Ca 2+ determined by FAES. Strontium(Ⅱ) was used as releasing agent in the determination of calcium and magnesium. Optimum conditions for the determination, including the stability of the suspended sample, interference of co existing ions, effect of difference of viscosity of sample and blank solutions and the range of linearity, were studied. RSD′s found were less than 1.7%, and recoveries were in the range of 96.6%~102.6%.
