摘要
目的 探讨牙颈部缺损的修复方法。方法 牙颈部缺损患牙 2 4 0颗 ,分成 3组。A组 :全酸蚀湿黏接光固化复合树脂修复 ;B组 :全酸蚀干黏接光固化复合树脂修复 ;C组 :不酸蚀光固化玻璃离子修复。结果 A、B、C组 1年疗效成功率分别为 90 14 %、72 0 6 %、75 36 % (P <0 0 1、P <0 0 5 )。结论 全酸蚀湿性黏接技术治疗牙颈部缺损疗效较好 ,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the best methods to treat toothcervix defect resoration,Methods 240 teeth with toothcervix defect were divided into three groups.Group A,all-etching,wet-bonding,light-curing composite resins;Group B, all-etching,dry-bonding,light-curing composite resins;Group C, no-etching,light-curing glass ionomer.Results One year later,the successful rates were 90.14%, 72.06%,and 75.36% in Group A, Group B and Group C, respectirely. (P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion All-etching,wet-bonding technique showed better clinical treatment effects.It was suitable for widespread adoption in treating toothcervix defect.
