摘要
目的比较近年来治疗老年人前牙根面龋的4种光固化材料的临床效果,为临床材料的选择提供依据。方法将146例55岁以上老年人302颗前牙根面龋患牙随即分为四组,分别用卡瑞斯玛光固化复合树脂(Card Ruisi Ma,卡瑞斯玛)、DenFil-Flow、Tetric-Flow、Dyract(复合体)修复,观察2年,比较其疗效。结果成功率卡瑞斯玛70.00%、Dyract复合体(Dyract)78.38%、DenFil-Flow 90.79%、Tetric-Flow 94.74%;Tetric-Flow与DenFil-Flow间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Tetric-Flow、DenFil-Flow与其他两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DenFil-Flow、Tetric-Flow是比较理想的老年人前牙根面龋修复材料。
Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of four kinds of photocuring materials for the tooth with root surface decay in old patients, and provide evidences for the selection of clinical materials. Methods 302 teeth with root surface decay of 146 senile patients were divided into 4 groups,and the teeth of four groups were repaired with Card Ruisi Ma, the Dyract complex repair,the DenFil-Flow, and Tetric-Flow respectively. The two year fellow up was taken out to compared the curative effect. Results Success ratio was 70% for card Ruisi Ma,78.38% for Dyract complex ,90.79% for DenFil -Flow,and 94.74% for Tetric-Flow. The difference in curative effect between DenFil-Flow group and Tetric-Flow group had not statistically difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）, but had significant difference as compared to other two groups （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion DenFil-flow and Tetric- Flow are the quite ideal repair materials for teeth with root surface decay in old patients.
