摘要
目的 探讨经翼颌间隙撕脱下牙槽神经治疗三叉神经第Ⅲ支痛的效果。方法 采用经翼颌间隙撕脱下牙槽神经治疗三叉神经第Ⅲ支痛 32例。经信件或电话随访 1～ 7年。结果 半年内治愈率 10 0 % ,10个月～ 1年内复发者 2例。在 2 0 0 0年以前接受手术的 2 5例患者中 ,2～ 3年内复发 5例 ,复发的患者中有 2例为第Ⅱ支痛 ,经第Ⅱ支高位撕脱后疼痛消失。结论 经翼颌间隙高位撕脱下牙槽神经 。
Objective To study the effect of this treatment. Methods 32 patients with trigeminal neuralgia Ⅲ were treated with neurectomy of inferior alveolar nerve via pterygomandibular space. Follow up study was carried out for 7 years.Results All the patients fully recovered within 6months; there were 2 recurrences during 10～12months. Among the 25 patients who received operation before 2000, trigeminal neuralgia Ⅲ recurreds, and 2 patients were trigeminal neuralgiaⅡ among recurrent cases who were cured with elevatus neurectomy. Conclusion Neurectomy of inferior alveolar nerve via pterygomandibular space was a simple and effective operation to treat trigeminal neuralgiaⅢ. It could be an alternative in treating trigeminal neuralgia Ⅲ in dental practice.
