目的 研究糖尿病大鼠牙槽骨中肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)mRNA表达与骨密度变化之间的关系。方法 SD大鼠随机分成正常组与糖尿病组。实验第 8周 ,应用RT PCR技术检测大鼠牙槽骨中TNF αmRNA表达 ,并对牙槽骨进行X线片、骨密度、病理切片检查。结果 糖尿病组大鼠牙槽骨骨密度较正常组降低 ,TNF αmRNA表达高于正常组。结论 糖尿病组大鼠有骨质疏松倾向 ,而TNF
Objective To study the correlation between bone density and mRNA expression of TNF-α in the alveolars with experimental diabetic rats.Methods The SD rats were randomly divided into two groups:normal rats (Group N) and diabetic rats (Group D). After 8 weeks' study, TNF-α mRNA expression in the alveolr were measured by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR), respectively. In addition, radiograph, bone density and pathology were examined.Results In diabetic rats, the alveolar bone density decreased, and mRNA expression of TNF-α increased.Conclusion It was suggested that the alveolar bone in rats with diabetes mellitus had a tendency to develop osteoporosis. It might be related to increased TNF-α mRNA expression.
