摘要
目的 探讨肿瘤坏死因子 α（TNF-α）与牙周炎的关系。方法 通过放免法测定正常龈组织及牙周炎龈组织 TNF-α含量,并分析其与GCF、PD及BI的关系。结果 牙周炎组TNF-α含量显著高于正常组,且与GCF、PD及BI间存在相关性。结论TNF-α参与了牙周病变过程,并与牙周组织破坏有关。
Objective To explore the relation between TNF-α and periodontitis.Methods Test the leval of TNF-α in normal gingival and gingjval with periodontitis respectively by radioimmunology and analysis of the relation between TNF-a and GCF. PD and BI. Results The level of TNF-a in periodontitis group was significantly higher than that in normal group, it was related with GCF. PD and BI. Conclusion TNF-α is one of important cytokines associated with periodontal tissue destruction in the pathogenesis of periodontal disease.
