摘要
目的 研究探讨GC/MS测定毒鼠强引起的食物中毒的分析方法。 方法 用乙酸乙脂萃取各种中毒样品中的毒鼠强 ,运用GC/MS的Xcalibur分析软件的自建谱库功能 ,自行建立毒鼠强的特征离子谱库。从各种食物中毒的样品中检索出引起中毒的成分毒鼠强 ,并应用GC/MS快速准确的定量测定了毒鼠强的含量。 结果 人血液中毒鼠强含量为 0 .13 μg/L ,人尿中毒鼠强含量为 0 .0 6μg/L ,中毒食物中的毒鼠强含量为 3 .86~ 13 0mg/kg。 结论 该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高。
Objective To study GC/MS as an analytical metbod for determination of tetramine in blood urine and food. Methods Ethyl Acetate extracting tetramine and GC/MS library search function of Xcalibur were applied to find toxic compounds. GC/MS is used to exactly determine tetramine in blood urine and food. Result Tetramine in human blood is 0.13 μg/L, in human urine 0.06 μg/L, in food 3.86 ~130 mg/kg. Conclusion This qualitative and quantitative analysis method is simple, fast, specific, accurate and reliable.
