摘要
目的 :分析猪油中毒样品中的有毒物质。方法 :应用 GC/ MS内标法和 Xcalibur分析软件快速准确地测定了引起猪油中毒的成分。使用谱库检索功能在 NIST98谱库中检索。结果 :检索出该成份是 C1 6 - C2 7的烷烃化合物。并进行了定量分析。此方法准确可靠。
Objective:In order to analysis toxic compounds of lard.Methods:This study uses GC/MS and analysis software xcalibur to determinate toxic compounds of lard.Result:With application library search function of xcalibur inspected toxic compounds are C 16 -C 27 of alkane from NIST 98 libaray.Quantitative analysis the samples was completed by using ISTD method.This mathod is accurate and neliable.
