某医院分离的肠杆菌科菌株超广谱β内酰胺酶的检测及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的 ]了解肠杆菌科菌株产超广谱 β内酰胺酶 (ESBLs)和持续高产AmpC酶菌株的检出率及其耐药性。[方法 ]用改良三维法对白求恩国际和平医院 2 0 0 2年 2~ 12月从临床送检各类标本中分离的 2 48株肠杆菌科菌进行ESBLs和持续高产AmpC酶检测 ,用K B法检测药物敏感性。[结果 ] 2 48株肠杆菌科细菌中 ,产ESBLs的 72株 ,占 2 9 0 3 % ;产AmpC酶的 2 6株 ,占 10 48%。产ESBLs菌对 β内酰胺类抗生素的耐药率均在 85 2 9%~ 94 12 % (亚胺培南、头孢他啶和氨曲南除外 ) ;对氨基糖苷类、氟喹诺酮类、磺胺类的交叉耐药性最高 ,分别达到 76 47%、88 2 4%、85 2 9% ;所有菌株对亚胺培南均敏感。产酶菌株耐药率明显高于非产酶菌株。 [结论 ]治疗产ESBLs菌引起的感染应首选亚胺培南。
