鲍曼不动杆菌产去阻遏持续高产AmpC酶检测及耐药性分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:了解鲍曼不动杆菌产去阻遏持续高产AmpC酶情况及对21种抗菌药物的耐药性。方法:对我院2004年~2005年从临床标本分离出的62株鲍曼不动杆菌进行产去阻遏持续高产AmpC酶检测及对21种抗菌药物耐药性进行统计分析。结果:62株鲍曼不动杆菌中,产去阻遏持续高产AmpC酶菌株共19株,阳性率为30.65%;除加替沙星外,产去阻遏持续高产AmpC酶菌株对其余20种抗菌药物的耐药率明显高于不产去阻遏持续高产AmpC酶的菌株。结论:产去阻遏持续高产AmpC酶的鲍曼不动杆菌日益增多,耐药率高,临床治疗应首选亚胺培南。 OBJECTIVE: To study the condition of producing the derepressed hyperprodueing AmpC enzyme in acinetobacter baumanii and its drug resistance to 21 kinds of antibacterials.METHODS: The derepressed hyperproducing AmpC enzyme were detected and their drug resistance to 21 kinds of antibacterials in 62 strains of acinetobacters baumanii isolated from clinical samples in our hospitial during 2004 to 2005 were counted and analyzed.RESULTS: 19 of 62 strains of acinetobacters baumanii producing the derepressed hyperproducing AmpC enzyme,and positive rate was 30.65% .Except gatifloxacin, the drug resistance rate in the strains producing derepressed hyperproducing AmpC was greater than that producing no derepressed hyperproducing AmpC enzyme .CONCLUSION: More and more derepressed hyperproducting AmpC enzyme is continuously produced in Acinetobacters baumanii, and drug resistance rate is thus increasing.Imipenem should be the first choice in clinical treatment.
