摘要
利用生石灰·Al2 (SO4 ) 3体系对硫酸生产废水进行除砷除氟试验研究 ,探讨了pH值、三价铝Al(Ⅲ )浓度、混凝搅拌时间、静置时间等因素对As、F去除率的影响 .实验结果表明 ,当pH值 =12 ,三价铝Al(Ⅲ )浓度为4 0mg L、混凝搅拌时间为 5min、静置时间为 2 0min时 ,As、F去除率分别达 95 .9%和 85 .5 % ,废水中余As、F浓度分别为 0 .4 0mg L和 10 .7mg L ,达到国家排放标准 .
The paper is on an experimental study of the treatment of As and F in the wastewater from sulphuric acid production by line-Al 2(SO 4) 3. We studied the influences of pH,concentration of Al(Ⅲ),the time of stir and the time of keeping static state on the percentage of removal of As and F. The results show that the percentage of removal of As is 95.5% and the percentage of removal of F is 85.5%. As-concentration is dropped to 0.40mg/L and F-concentration to 10.7mg/L in the wastewater which meet the national discharged standard while pH=12,concentration of Al(Ⅲ) being 40mg/L,stirring 5mim and keeping static state for 20 mim.
