摘要
采用石灰—聚合硫酸铁法对硫酸生产中含砷废水进行了处理 ,实验了 pH值、m(Fe) /m (As) (质量比 )、石灰加入量等条件对As去除率的影响。结果表明 ,当 pH值为 8.8~ 10 .6 ,m(Fe) /m(As)不小于 5时 ,处理后的废水中As的质量浓度小于 1mg/L ,符合国家排放标准。对该工艺进行成本核算 ,结果表明该方法经济合理。
This paper is on an experimental study of As containing wastewater treatment by lime polyferric sulphate coagulating process. The As containing wastewater is from H 2SO 4 production. The effects of pH、 m (Fe)/ m (As) 、lime quantity on the removal of As in the wastewater were tested. The experimental results shows that residual As concentration in wastewater is lower than 1 mg/L while pH 8.8~10.6 and m (Fe)/ m (As) ≥5,which meet the national discharged standard. Cost accounting of this process has been carried out. This method is economical and reasonable.
