摘要
介绍了合成氨厂变换工段采用APJ-1型饱和塔出口温度极值控制仪和TA-092简易调节器实现热水循环流量及半水煤气汽气比调优的情况,并对其控制点的选择,调优方案的拟定及其原理、效果进行了阐述。
The optimization of hot water circulating flowrate and steam/gas ratio of semi-water gas by using APJ-1 temperature limitation controller at the outlet of saturation column and TA-092 simple controller in the shift conversion section of the ammonia plant is described in the present article. The selection of cotrolling points, decision of optimization scheme and its principles and results are discussed.
