摘要
The paper constructs a paraconsistent alethic modal logic CnMG , introduces deontic operators by the definitions, and then gets paraconsistent alethic deontic logic. CnMG’ can avoid the Good Samaritan Paradox which alethic deontic logic contains. CnMG’ can also contain deontic dilemmas. The paper finally proves that CnMG is both sound and complete.
