摘要
19世纪40年代初,鸦片战争期间及战后,岭南地区曾经一度出现购置、仿制西洋武器的浪潮,并波及到了与岭南同处抗英战争前线的江浙、福建等地.然而它并未带来近代军事工业在中国的勃兴和西洋军事技术的大规模引进,其夭折的社会原因和历史教训值得人们思考.
In early 1840s,during and after the o pium war,there was a tide of purchasing and copying western weapons in Ling Nan area,and this tide spread to the anti -British front in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Fujian etc.However,th is tide did not bring about the rise of modern military industry in China and the large scale introduction.The reason of it's failure and the lesson should be studied.
