摘要
着重探讨现行中小学学业评价制度改革存在的问题和对策,认为现行中小学学业评价制度的改革,由于对传统教育的定性不明,无法摆脱传统精英教育下评价制度和评价方式的框架。要建立素质教育下的评价制度,必须转变评价观念(包括教育质量观,评价奖励观、公平观、科学观),建立学业的分层评价制度,以激励各层次的学生努力学习,激发潜力。
Emphasizing upon the problems and strategies of the reform in today's achievement rating at primary and secondary schools, the thesis holds that, owing to a vague qualitative definition of the traditional education, the present reform of evaluation fails to free itself from the curb of the traditional elite education in its system and measures. In order to establish an evaluation system based on the education for allround development, minds must be changed (which include the attitudes toward quality of education, encouragement, fair play, and scientificalness), and a hierarchical system of evaluation should be set up, so that students at different levels could be stimulated to work harder and their potentials could be inspired.
