摘要
建立HPLC法测定龙血竭中龙血素A和B的含量。方法:以c_(18)反相键合硅胶为固定相,色谱柱Phenomenex c_8(250mmX4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-1％冰醋酸(34:66)为流动相,流速1.8mL·min^(-1),检测波长为280nm,用外标法定量。结果:龙血素A在49～392ng范围有良好线性关系,r=0.9998,方法回收率为97.88％,RSD为1.6％。龙血素B在54～432ng范围有良好线性关系,r=0.9997,方法回收率为97.28％,RSD为1.5％。结论:本方法为测定龙血竭中龙血素A和B含量可靠、简便的定量新方法。样品前处理比原方法简单,并可同时测定龙血竭中龙血素A和B含量。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Loureirin A and B in Dragon's Blood.Method: The chromatographic column of Phenomenex C18 was used.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-1% acetic acid(34:66)and the flow rate was 1.8ML·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 280nm. Both were assayed with external standard method.Result:The linearities of Loureirin A and B were obtained separately over the range of 54-392ng(r=0.999 8)and 54-432 ng(r=0.999 7).The average recoveries of assay were 97.88%,RSD 1.6% and 97. 28%,RSD 1.5%.Conclusion:The HPLC method was simple and reliable for the simultaneously determination of Loureirin A and B in Dragon's Blood.
